RETURN POLICY

We offer a 10 day return policy from the date that you receive your order.  25% restocking fee will apply and return shipping must be paid by the buyer.  We will only accept returns for items with security seals intact that have not been tampered with.

CANCELLATIONS

​

We do not accept cancellations for website orders, wholesale orders or custom mystery box orders. If you choose to return an order, we accept returns that are untampered and still in factory sealed condition. Returned orders must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery and such orders are subject to a restocking fee of 25% as stated in the return policy above.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping and products must be returned sealed and untampered/undamaged in the same condition as they were shipped.  By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to these terms.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid 24 months from the date of purchase.  They are non refundable.  Gift cards are not redeemable or replaceable for cash.

International: International shipping is calculated upon checkout.
