Our Iconic Monthly Subscription includes one randomly chosen Iconic Pokémon Mystery Box each month. This can also include the high end boxes and also some boxes that are sold out! For the box to be eligible, the retail price of the box has to be $109.99 or higher. This can be cancelled at any time. The payment will be set to recur on the date that you place the order. There are no refunds on monthly subscription boxes.
Orders typically ship within 7-10 days but can take up to 20 days to ship during periods of increased demand.

Orders can not be cancelled once submitted: We accept returns that are shipped back up to 10 days from the time of delivery. All products that are returned must be factory sealed with tamper evident seals intact. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Values of contents can be much lower than the MSRP in order to make it possible to have boxes with much higher values.
